Workshop Report: Providing Learning Support for Students with Mobility Problems


Issues arising from workshop:

  1. Good practice in providing learner support for people with mobility impairment (or indeed any other form of disability) is very often good practice for all learners in any case.
  2. There is a clear need for well-defined and effective structures enabling good communication between all parties concerned, including the student, the teacher, course managers, and disability advisors.
  3. Communications need to be established as early as possible.
