The ICP project aims to develop a case study database detailing disabled students' experiences of teaching, learning and assessment in higher education, and the experience of departments and disability advisory units of supporting the learning of disabled students. See below for the list of case summaries currently available with links to full versions. Further case studies will be developed and added to these webpages as the project progresses.
The database can be browsed by case study summary. As the number of case studies grows, search by keyword will be introduced.
In addition to the case study database, the following detailed report can be accessed from this page:
Creating an Accessible Curriculum in Geoscience for Students with Disabilities at the University of St Andrews
The project team would welcome additional case study information about the experiences of disabled students in Geography, Earth and Environmental Science disciplines and their teaching staff. All case study information is anonymised, unless contributors indicate that they wish their names to be associated with their case studies. Please contact us using the links below if you would like to contribute to the ICP case study database. All contributors will receive a free hard copy of the Guide of their choice when published.
